For 11 years already, we have provided a team of four field-based regional managers for an OEM’s used car business unit.

Together with the manufacturer, we have constantly evolved the programme, which has helped us to consistently achieve all objectives.

Despite recent challenges – trading restrictions, product shortages – the brand has gone from strength to strength; and the major part of the used cars team in this success has been acknowledged.

    • We introduced a market data supplier, further improving retailer performance by reducing stock times and maximising sales prices
