Stock Optimisation Programme (StOP)Summary
Major issues.
Used Vehicle Stock Management is very important – yet we still often see major issues like overstock, very old stock, or limited inventory, without any countermeasures.
Support programme.
To remedy this, we have developed a support programme which delivers effective countermeasures in just three days, and which will result in healthy stock.
Follow-up process.
For interested customers, we co-develop with the management team a follow-up process for remotely reviewing the stock on a regular basis.

- Aged stock reduce from 50% to 10%
- Stock rotation improve with 40%
Learning
- Despite the importance of stock management and the straightforwardness of KPIs, we see a very limited amount of sustainable processes in this area
- As a result, the imbalance between ideal stock profile and actual stock remains one of the main challenges in used vehicle management
