Exacto Group is a leading company supporting most automotive brands with POS material concepts and digitalization of the vehicle sales process. Through its innovative solution VirtualCar360,

Exacto builds competitive advantage and a professional image for dealers. The company designs signage systems for car showrooms, covering both new and used vehicles, and extends these into digital experiences to enhance customer engagement.

Problem Statement:

In a fast-changing automotive world, Exacto Group, already a leader in supporting brands with innovative showroom and digital solutions, recognized the importance of staying ahead by strengthening its foundation for the future. The leadership team sought external expertise not to redefine its role, but to make its strategic direction even clearer and more robust. This initiative aimed to ensure that internal perspectives were fully aligned and that the company could continue to lead confidently in an evolving market.

Our Intervention:

Ma5 applied its Remarketing Brand Strategy Tool, which centers on an intensive face-to-face workshop conducted over one or several days.

Building on these insights, the workshop guided the executive team through a deep dive into brand purpose, vision, and values, aligning these with target audiences and competitive differentiation. Together, we reviewed the brand purpose and vision, defined values linked to the audience and competitive edge, and crafted positioning statements while identifying opportunities for growth.

This structured approach helped the team articulate a clear brand purpose, a compelling vision and a focused positioning.
